Studio Yoga Class


My Teaching is a blend of various styles of Yoga namely Iyengar Based Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yog Nidra as I believe every style has its own unique benefits and combining them helps extract the best of everything. 

My intent is using the physical body, working with the breath, make the asana practice into an active meditation.

No two classes are ever the same. Some days are sweaty and other days are simply turning inwards with a slow paced class. Yoga is not a work-out but a work-in.

I believe that Yoga is not limited to what I teach you on the mat, but how you lead your lives beyond that too. Live Simply, Balanced and Authentically- is the cornerstone of the philosophy I live by. Understanding one’s needs and reducing one’s wants is the key to a balanced mind. Making peace with our bodies, minds and the world will ultimately help us find liberation.

I hope to be an inspiration to you on your own personal Yoga journey and help deepen your practice and ability. I am here to empower and give you the tools necessary for radical self-growth and happiness.

My endeavor is to help you find your true nature and your purpose here and live it. Anyone who walks in through the doors of YogAmoreShala is looked after from the moment they enter. No matter your age or fitness level, my aim is to inspire ease, confidence and a sense of possibility that lasts long after you roll up your mat.

ps- The Classes are primarily instructed in English.

Class Timings & Contributions are mentioned below- 

Classes are offered on Monthly Pass or Walk-ins (Pay per class) basis. For Monthly Pass, 3 contribution (price) options are available according to Ones Paying Capacity. We request you to choose earnestly. 

Standard Contribution as the name suggests is the Standard. If you are a student and/ or undergoing financial challenge and in need for support, please choose Support Contribution. If you are in a comfortable position in Life, where contributing a little extra will not impact your pocket or lifestyle, then you are encouraged to choose Abundance Contribution with an open & big Heart. Your Abundance helps us offer the Support to the ones in Need!
