A festival is essentially a celebration. A time to come together as a community and let our hair down. While music festivals offer an opportunity to do exactly this, many come to these events to lose themselves in the moment. 

My attempt is to transform this mindset and offer Conscious activities at festivals where people have a chance to re-connect with themselves, be fully present and conscious of themselves. 

This concept is fairly novel in India and is being done at some smaller scale festivals for instance in Manali and Parvati Valley however, our Western counterparts have been known to have Conscious Stages at major music festivals for many decades now like Burning Man (USA), Boom Festival (Portugal) where people who are looking for a respite from the loud music, dancing, intoxicants etc. come to connect with themselves and Mother Nature more authentically.

My offerings at the festivals are varied modalities like Iyengar based Hatha Yoga sessions, Cacao Ceremonies, Shamanic Trance Dance, Sound Journeys, Pranayama, Shamanic Breathwork, Ecstatic Dance, Osho Active Meditations and many more…
