Anyone can Trance Dance because there are no steps to follow and no external expectations. Dance is synonymous with Prayer, a demonstration of reverence. The Higher Self knows the steps. Hugo is a multi-disciplinary modern Yogi who combines varied tools and techniques to bring the mind, body and soul to a balanced state. He specializes in Shamanic Trance Dance and Sacred Breathwork Journey, lyengar Based Hatha Yoga Flow, Meditation & Breathwork and is the Founder of YogAmoreShala.
