What is Yoga?
The word YOGA, from the Sanskrit word ‘Yuj’, means to yoke or bind and is often interpreted as ‘UNION’ or a method of discipline. A male who practices Yoga is called a ‘Yogi’, a female practitioner, a ‘Yogini’.
