There is no choreography, other than following the body and listening into its wisdom. The dance offers us the space to drop out of the mind and into the feet, to allow the beat of the music to hold & guide us as we step out of our own way and be danced.
A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart. Because of cacao’s ability to increase your connection to your inner self and your heart chakra, it aids in any transformational shift you are working towards, whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of who you are, release old patterns and traumas, or move into a more self-confident space. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao allows you to the insight and awareness to move towards that goal.
Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that has been used for centuries to unlock euphoric states, release negative emotions, and connect to pure heart energy. It’s thought cacao was first used as a health elixir and ceremonial medicine as far back as 1900 BC by the ancestors of Central America, the Olmec people, before becoming a ritualistic medicine used by the Aztec and Mayan cultures. Signifying both life and fertility, it was ingested by Royalty in ceremonial God worship and in sacrificial ritual. Cacao is not psycho-active and doesn’t take you out of your body. Everyone will experience Cacao differently. It all depends on an individual’s extra sensory perception, and how Cacao works with you.It is a sacred and safe space to be free and express without any kind of doubt and judgement.

After the activation of the Sacred Plant Medicine Cacao (Ceremonial Grade) with some active meditations, we dive into an hour and a half of pure dance with no distractions
~ there will be light facilitation for movement during warm-up
~ we keep the dance floor clear of talking
~ we promote natural state of mind
~ be comfortable with your clothing
~ take care of your personal Hygiene
~ come before time
