Our Breathwork Intensive Retreat is anchored in three transformative pillars: Yoga, Trauma Healing, and Plant Medicines, each playing a critical role in guiding participants towards self-discovery and healing.

A Full Program: The retreat features 7 Days of two sessions daily each lasting between 3 – 4 hours, covering a wide range of practices. Each day the retreat will be from 8 AM – 6 PM, with couple days extending a little longer.
Plant Medicine Ceremonies: Participants will engage in three significant plant medicine journeys.
Lunch/ Refreshments: Daily Lunch & light refreshments will be available during all sessions.

Dr. Hanuman is a highly respected expert in breathwork and plant medicine, known for their compassionate and authentic approach to healing. Specializing in trauma recovery, they guide participants through transformative journeys, helping them access deep insights and emotional release. Originally transitioning from a background in science with a phd in particle physics, Hanuman fully immersed themselves in the study of consciousness, blending influences from Yoga, Tantra, Buddhism, psychology, and shamanism. With global education, including training at the Bihar School of Yoga and Kopan Monastery, and mentorships under renowned figures like Wim Hof, Brian Kelly and Mike O’Meara, Hanuman spent three years in India mastering these practices. Their unique approach integrates diverse teachings to create profound healing experiences. In addition, Hanuman offers resilience coaching for the LGBTQ+ community, fostering strength and empowerment through their work.
Hugo is a seasoned breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, recognized for his nurturing and trauma-informed approach. With a rich foundation in yoga and spiritual practices, Hugo has spent the past five years delving deeply into breathwork, leading workshops and retreats that integrate breath and energy work for profound transformation. How to Reach:
By Air: The nearest airport is Kangra Airport, also known as Gaggal Airport, located approximately 18 kilometers from Dharamsala. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or use a pre-booked shuttle service to reach Bhagsu Yoga Temple.
By Train: Pathankot Railway Station is the nearest major railway station, located approximately 85 kilometers from Dharamsala. From Pathankot, you can either take a bus or hire a taxi to reach Dharamsala. Once in Dharamsala, you can proceed to Bhagsu Yoga Temple.
By Bus: Dharamsala is well-connected by road to major cities in North India. Several state-run and private buses operate daily between Dharamsala and cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, and Amritsar.
Upon reaching Dharamsala, you can hire a taxi or take a local bus to reach Mcleodganj, and from there take a taxi/ auto to reach Bhagsu and from there 1 min walk to the venue.
