This is why many people start yoga, and it’s certainly a great benefit of yoga practice. Yoga postures and sequences help to increase the body’s range of motion.

Acu Yoga
Yoga + Acupuncture are a match made in heaven. During this workshop, you will experience how these 2 modalities can work together to boost immunity, promote relaxation, mindfulness.

Shamanic Trance Dance and Cacao Ceremony
Shamanic Trance dance is a guided free form of dance, This is a natural state in which your awareness shifts and you get to experience a meditative state of mind.
We perform this in conjunction with the Cacao Ceremony keeping an intention in mind and through the dance we fuel the intention, send it out into the Universe for it to manifest itself.

Shamanic Breathwork
One of the most effective tools in the path for selfknowledge is breathwork. For thousands of years, shamans have been developing breath techniques to empower their consciousness and potentialize their health and wellbeing.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.

Wim Hof Breathwork
Practicing the specific breathing exercises of the Wim Hof Method will release your inner fire. The exercises are focused on deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations, described by Wim as ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’ and are followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a x amount of time
