Through Iyengar based Hatha Yoga and meditation, you will slowly learn to turn your attention inwards and tune into the stream of consciousness. As the retreat will progress, you will ease into practicing Active Meditation.

You can take a cab/drive from Goa airport to Ashiyana Goa in Mandrem (North Goa). It is approximately 57kms/1.5 hrs from the airport.

  • 3:30 -6 pm- Shamanic Trance Dance & Cacao Ceremony/ Shamanic Breathwork/ Osho Active Meditation
  • 6-7:30 pm- Sunsets at the beach
  • 7:30 – 8:30 pm- Dinner
    9:15-10:00 pm- AcuYog Nidra
