The Breathwork Initiation Intensive Retreat is a transformative experience designed to provide a foundational understanding of breathwork and its profound impact on the nervous system. Designed for those with experience in 1-on-1 breathwork facilitation, this level prepares you to lead group sessions and navigate group dynamics. This program will allow you to deepen your theoretical knowledge of breathwork, space holding, trauma awareness and more and to practice space holding on others while being supervised and mentored by experienced facilitators.

How is Module 2 Different from Module 1?
While Module 1 lays the foundation for breathwork and breath awareness, Module 2 focuses on facilitating and holding space for 1-on-1 breathwork sessions. It offers:

- Trauma-Informed Facilitation: Special emphasis is placed on holding space for people with trauma, which is the case of most individual. You’ll learn how to take specific care of your breathers so that they feel safe enough at all point of the journey to open themselves and gently and effectively release past traumas and unresolved emotional wounds.
- Emotional Depth: Expect to break through limiting beliefs and unresolved emotions as you hold space for others in breathwork practices that encourages the release of suppressed feelings and stuck energy.
